Meet the cook
Hi, I'm Adina.
I'm a recipe developer who loves mastering kitchen staples and making home cooking feel intuitive and joyful. I'm also a trained dentist with a background in educational leadership, which means I bring equal parts precision and creativity to everything that comes out of my kitchen.
My recipes have appeared in Fleishigs Magazine and on Kosher.com, where I'm a Community Chef. When I'm not cooking, I'm doodling: Jewdles, my line of illustrated Judaica, has been around since 2009.
I live in Riverdale, NY with my family and an ever-growing collection of cookbooks.
